On the Program

Techniques & Learning

The soft plastic lure

A plastic worm rigged Texas style or drop shot, presented near structures and weed beds. The most versatile and productive technique for bass.

The crankbait

A diving lure that imitates baitfish. Ideal for quickly prospecting drop-offs and rocks. A great lesson in reading the sonar.

The spinnerbait

Vibration and flash to trigger an attack in murky water or near cover. A classic for active and aggressive bass.

The split shot

A soft worm weighted with a split shot, presented slowly near the bottom. Discreet and natural, this technique excels when the bass is less active and appears wary.
